Employee wellbeing and difficult conversations.

Over the years, through conversations with local businesses, we've often heard how challenging it can be for small business owners to balance running a business, managing staff, and supporting employees who may be struggling.

This can be particularly difficult in smaller businesses, where employees often feel more like friends, and many businesses employ family members or close contacts. Unlike larger organisations, small businesses do not always have the support of a dedicated HR team.

With this in mind, Jackie designed a practical workshop based on her extensive experience of helping business owners and managers handle difficult conversations, support employee wellbeing, and maintain performance within the workplace.

The session will provide useful tools and techniques that you can apply in your own business.

Please note that individual business issues or personal situations will not be discussed or shared during the workshop.

The workshop is open to all Sefton-based businesses.
