How:- 
Chattervation will use its model developed through years of practical experience to:
 


* Assess and analyse existing policies, procedures and practices to identify potential causes for higher frequency and length of sickness absences;

* Report and discuss the outcomes with company representatives;

* Use the results of these discussions to propose remedial actions.


Additional services, if engaged:

* Communicate these with representatives through reports and / or presentations; 

* Organise training and workshops to assist in implementing the proposed actions.
